Windows Email Signature Instructions

1. After copying your email signature open the Outlook app and create a new message.
2. On the top, click "Insert", then "Signature", then "Signatures".


2.5. If you are on old Outlook still, you will need to click the "New" button and name your new signature. This is the only step that is different from New and Old Outlook.
3. Delete your old signature by click in the text box, clicking the keys "ctrl" + "A" then backspace.
4. Past your new signature.
5. After pasting your new signautre, make sure it has a name. Then right click the signature and click the hyperlink button.


6. Type Interapt.com then click OK.
7. Click "Save", then make sure the new signature is set as your default for New Messages and Replies/Forwards.


8. Click "Save" again.
9. Exit that window and discard your message, Next time you create a message it will have your new signature!
